Dr. Diana Campos

Diana Campos holds a BSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Molecular Oncology from the University of Porto, Portugal, and earned her PhD in Biomedicine from the same institution in 2015. During her doctoral studies, she conducted most of her research at the Copenhagen Center for Glycomics (University of Copenhagen), specializing in glycoproteomics and cancer biology under the supervision of Prof. Henrik Clausen and Prof. Celso A. Reis. Following her PhD, Diana completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Georgetown University’s Lombardi Cancer Center, where she focused on developing analytical methods for biomarker discovery. In 2016, she joined i3S (Porto, Portugal) to work on glycan-based cancer therapeutics. In 2022, she became part of the Biomolecular Mass Spectrometry Scientific Service Group at the Max Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research, led by Dr. Miloslav Sanda, contributing to proteomics research support and project development. As of November 2025, Diana is a Research Associate at the Münch Lab and the Center for Functional Proteomics, where she continues to advance proteomics service support and analytical method development.
