Dr. Thibaut Vignane
Thibaut Vignane earned his Master’s degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Bordeaux, France. He then joined the laboratory of Prof. Milos Filipović in Dortmund, Germany, and pursued his PhD at the University of Cologne. His doctoral research focused on the dynamic remodeling of cysteine-based post-translational modifications during aging and their influence on protein phase separation. In addition, he contributed to several projects investigating the regulation of other post-translational modifications, such as phosphorylation, in response to cellular stress. Thibaut joined the Münch lab in April 2025 to further explore how cells adapt to stress.
